What we store

For a booking we store a name, a phone or email, the chosen hour and the payment status. For a venue or company sign-in we store the email and the fact that the link was used. For a company Slack workspace we store the identifiers the match needs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not show a venue phone or email on the public page unless the venue published it.

Roles

For booking data the venue is the presumed controller and FootySlots the processor. For accounts, the directory and the company channel, FootySlots is the presumed controller. A lawyer confirms the final split.

Retention and place

Data is kept while the booking and the accounting period require it, then deleted or anonymised. Hosting and the database are in the EU. The exact list is on the subprocessors page.
